I wear a size 9 women's. In this flip flop I need the 41 and it fits perfectly. They are wider than a typical flip flop which is what I need. The sole is firm. My second pair and I'm really pleased with them. The leather straps soften quickly andcare comfortable.
These flip flops are the best I've ever owned. Thick sole helps with comfortable walks. I bought 2 pair on sale, and they are brilliant! I'll but others as needed.

These are extremely tight, I have numerous ECCO shoes and these are very tight, wouldn’t give and hurt my feet
The quality of the sandal is great. Just what I would expect from Ecco. However, I find them very, very uncomfortable. The leather is very rough on the top of my feet and the toe post material is rough as well. I am trying to break them in by wearing them a few hours a day. I am hoping that they will be comfortable one day, but not today. I am surprised because I have several other pair of Ecco hiking sandals and they were super comfortable from day one.
Well made & perfect fit. Ecco is usually expensive, but worth it. On this pair I got a good sale price so I'm quite happy with the purchase.
I returned the shoe due to the immediate rubbing of the toe post. The unisex fit was amazingly accurate and fit as expected. The shoe did feel a little heavy but I would have kept it, partly because of brand loyalty. Didn't mind the tread look.
My most favorite slippas/flip flops ever and I've owned 100's!!! At 270lbs with bad feet it's tuff to get comfortable yet supportive slippas. I can walk over anything, even that errant rock or toy without any pain. I can also go for short walks and be on my feet for hours with these without paying a heavy price the next day. They have an amazing grip, look/style, and feel and the only slippas that can give me grip on Hawaii's slimy rocks at low tide.
