For my daughter's wedding, I went to Dillards to try on shoes in this style. I have a wide foot and Dillards had zero options that actually fit my wide foot- and to pay $80-120 for felt just ... well . . . wrong.. I had originally planned to order shoes online from Dillards in a size Wide, but time got away from me with wedding prep of centerpieces, etc etc and other obligations - - and it was just a few days before the wedding when I ordered these shoes in Wide from Amazon. These beautiful shoes literally arrived the very day before we were to leave town for the wedding in FL. I tried them on and my foot actually slid right into the front of the shoe quite easily with no pinching or rubbing. I also noticed that the shoe had an area of central cushion/padding that I had not seen in other shoes, which was an unexpected bonus. I am quite pleased to report that I wore these beautiful shoes from 4:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. - never taking them off to wear the flats I brought as a backup shoe. I was amazed that I had no areas on my feet that were rubbed nor did get blisters from these shoes whatsoever. The shoes have a short manageable heel and are very lightweight. There is not much substance to this shoe, it is lightweight and the back straps are quite thin - yet the shoe held up wonderfully. . After dancing all night, the underside ball of the foot underneath the front of the shoe is worn a bit - as the reception dance floor was on an outdoor patio with pavers, but it has lots of life left nonetheless. The heel is still perfect and not worn whatsoever. Excellent shoe for the money. I paid $42.75 total, including delivery. So very pleased. Thank you Amazon!! You saved me to find the one accessory/item that I neglected to find early enough for my daughter's wedding.
Nice shoe, nice heel height, but even though I ordered wide width, they are still a bit too narrow.
