I purchased these as "used/excellent condition". I was unsure what that meant on Amazon but I really wanted this color. These shoes are new, possibly tried on & walked on carpet. Not any worse than buying shoes from a department store that have been tried on or returned.Now, the shoes! Perfect fit, comfortable & too cute. The platform & wood heal look awesome together.

I ordered these in “luggage”. What I got was not! Box said luggage but these are much lighter than the photo. Either the wrong color was sent or they look nothing like the photos. More like a milky coffee color. Maybe the taupe??? And, they look like they have been worn.
