I say good quality instead great because the strings that run along the side seem to become loose after wearing them. I don't know if they're just decoration or crucial to the shoes integrity so I used a needle and thread to tighten them back up. I bought two pairs of these, one for kung fu/taiji quan practice and another just for everyday wear; they are quite comfortable for both. I definitely would consider buying them again.
