The Chaco Women's Lowdown Slide Sandal truly excels in its design and functionality. With its adjustable polyester jacquard webbing, you’re guaranteed a customized fit that keeps your feet secure without sacrificing comfort. Many users have praised the LUVSEAT™ arch support, which helps maintain proper alignment and reduce fatigue during long hours of wear.
When it comes to style, these sandals are versatile enough to transition from beach outings to city strolls. The chic curry color adds a pop of brightness that can easily integrate into various outfits, whether you're going for a laid-back look or something more polished.
On the downside, some customers have noted that the sandals might run a bit small, especially if you're hovering between sizes. It’s advisable to size up for a more comfortable fit. Furthermore, while the slip-on design is great for convenience, it may lack the ankle support that some individuals desire.
Overall, the Chaco Women's Lowdown Slide Sandal is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a lightweight, stylish, and comfortable sandal that can keep up with their active lifestyle.

I previously had the Chaco chillos Slides but have narrow feet so the soles were too wide and I could never get them tight enough even when I tightened the strap as much as it could go, which didn’t do much. But I loved the support and how lightweight they were. I just got the Chaco lowdown and am SO GLAD I DID! The lowdown is about 3/8” more narrow in the toe area which provides a much better fit for me. Straps are adjustable, but not very which is just like the chillos. Length of the footbed is the same between both styles. I wear an 8 1/2 sandal typically. Since these don’t come in half sizes I ordered a 9 like all my other chacos and they fit perfectly. Love this brand!! Tie dye is chillos, all black is lowdown. For reference I have narrow flat feet and bunions and can wear these all day comfortably
Cute and comfortable. Can't go wrong with that!
I love these sandals. I’ve long been a fan of chacos so I’m not surprised I love them. The sole on these is much lighter than the traditional Chacos but for everyday wear they are perfect and super comfortable. I read a review that said the sole was cheap foam and not the usual Chaco standard which made me hesitant but I found this not to be the case. I worried they would be like the cheap foam slides I’ve had before (not Chaco brand) that quickly developed a tear in front of the front strap just under where your toe meets your foot but they are not that material. I would describe the sole as somewhere in between that and the tradition Chaco. Definitely lighter weight but still supportive. I liked these so much I ordered another with this sole/strap design but with the back strap. That’s all I’ve worn for weeks now. Time will tell how long they last, I don’t expect the 12 years I got out of my traditional chacos but I would expect at least a couple years.
They arrived a few days ago and I've been wearing them in the evenings while I garden. I read other reviews about blisters but I haven't experienced any. They're comfy, easy to walk in, and the arch is slightly different than my regular chaco sandals but my feet are still happy to be in them. The strap doesn't tighten up as much as you would expect but it doesn't affect my walking. Good things all around!
Love Chacos! However this style does not adjust as snugly as the styles with a heel strap. The tab mechanism is just a wee bit too big hindering the ability to tighten as much as the other two styles I wear. It's OK though I'll wear them as inside sandals/slippers.
I so wanted to like this sandal. The footbed cradles your foot with the best arch support I've experienced in a sandal.Sadly, the strap system that holds your foot in place just didn't work for my feet. It crossed in the wrong places and just looked and felt odd.
I love the sandals . Not only are they cute, but they are comfortable as well. I bought them because I have a bad foot , and can wear them without too much pain. I usually wear a 6.5 and bought the 6 . They fit perfectly.
Bought these on a whim and they turned into my favorite sandals! Very comfortable with great arch support. The straps are soft and durable.
