The seller calls these hiking shoes, but I would call them lounging shoes. They are nice and comfortable for wearing around the house, and for trips to the store.They have a nice amount of padding, yet they feel like they support the feet well. They are very nice for the summer because your feet stay cooled. I like the colors, as well.They may run a slight amount larger than normal, but I like that because when my foot slips out of the slide, it lands inside the shoe and not on the little raised edge.I hope you found my review helpful!!
These are pretty comfortable shoes, but absolutely not made for hiking. Back part of the shoe is way too low so your heel consistently slips out of it. They're good for a while just walking around the house and in the yard but definitely no hiking.
As others have said your heel slips out. Beyond that it is a great shoe. This brand lasts a long time. And takes a long time to show any wear.
These are very comfortable when used as a beach/river shoe. Yes, there is some heel slip which wouldn't make these work well in terms of long hikes. Aggressive, fairly stiff soles/treds. Well constructed, but I'm not sure it justifies the price point for our use.
I have awarded these slides a rating of 3.8 stars due to a specific design flaw. The back of the slide lip is inadequately high, which leads to heel slip while walking. The slides have an unusual design, as the rear lip fails to provide sufficient height to prevent this issue. To address this, alternative design options could have been considered, such as a flat back, a higher heel, a slight curve inward, or the inclusion of a rubber non-slip pad in the heel area.On the positive side, the slides exhibit excellent quality, construction, and materials. They are comfortable, breathable, and visually appealing. However, the issue of heel slip during walking undermines my recommendation for these slides. Even when sizing down half a size, the heel slippage persisted.Overall, while the slides possess admirable qualities in terms of quality and aesthetics, the recurring problem of heel slip prevents me from endorsing them.
These outdoor hiking shoes are very comfortable, lightweight and they have great traction. They fit true to size in length but they're a little loose on me width wise. Every step I take my heel goes in and out of the shoe, so I don't think I'd wear these on any difficult hikes. They are super easy to get on and off which is great. Nice quality slip on hiking shoes.
They are SO comfortable ! I ordered a half a size bigger because I have a bunion on one foot & was hoping the larger size would accommodate it & I was right. I ordered the black in size 7-1/2 & would love a pair in all colors. These are DEFINITELY a keeper.
These actually are easy to slip on and the heel slips a little when walking but that's just because of the design, but they are good shoes for around the house and are comfortable and more comfortable than wearing my flip flops and keep my feet warm without socks. I wouldn't wear these hiking. The downside is my kids didn't like the look of these on me and I agree but I'll wear them at home since they are comfortable.
