I have a narrow heel, and I wanted to wear these like a sandal without socks, so ordered the narrow width and it's perfect. The shoe doesn't slip off my heel, but the toe area is still roomy. They felt great right out of the box. Another reviewer complained that the back end of the shoe was rubbing against their heel, but I didn't experience this. My only complaint is that while the upper is leather, the sole is synthetic, and my foot gets sweaty after a short while. I'll try to make a cotton liner for the sole, but I do plan to keep them since they're so cute! I also ordered the same shoe in black, and I'm very happy with both pairs.
These shoes are great. Only reason I returned is I have a very high instep (or arch) and the strap that comes across the foot was too short for me. I could barely get the strap to meet the velcro. So when I walked it would come undone. But that's my foot. If your instep is not real high I would not hesitate to purchase them if I were you! They are really comfy and im sorry they didnt work for me.

Very stiff shoe, can get custom orthotic in the shoe but as the strap across the arch adjusts the t strap does not slide and ends up on one side.
The shoes are cute, with a very comfy platform for walking. The top edge of the left shoe at the heel is poorly finished and leaves a blister on my heel if I wear the shoes without socks.
I tried this sandal on a our local shoe store in another color. They did not have black in stock so I ordered it on Amazon. The sandal I got was not the same quality as the one in the shoe store. The leather was very stiff on the back of the sandal and would have left me with huge blisters in the matter of minutes. The sizing was totally off - way too narrow and short (yes, it was labeled the size I ordered)....
Some years back, I had some kind of evaluation that said I should wear shoes that weren't excessively bendy. Not exactly how it was described to me, but that was my takeaway. Well, I like bendy shoes. And I have knee issues, especially if I do a lot of walking. So after buying a pair of Aravon shoes because of the way they looked, I realized that my knees did better when I wore them than they did when I wore the bendy shoes. Ah ha! Later, looking to replace a pair of worn out sandals, I came across this Aravon Women's Beaumont Fisherman Sandal. It is very pretty, very comfortable and very good for my knees.
