Buy at least a size up. Size 12 is nowhere near 30cm long.
The hole for your foot to enter is way too small and if you do manage to get them on, there is space by the toe area which shows the shoe unevenness. To wear it on I had to cut my way through.Terrible product!
I would need to buy 2 sizes bigger than my usual size in these for them to fit. Will be trying a different shoe.
