When it comes to performance, the New Balance Furon V7 Destroy FG soccer cleat excels in delivering a responsive feel that enables quick movements and sharp turns. The minimalist design certainly lives up to its promise, allowing you to feel the grass beneath your feet, which is crucial for making those nimble maneuvers necessary in tight gameplay situations. Additionally, the lightweight knit upper contributes significantly to the overall comfort, providing breathability that keeps your feet cool during intense matches.
In terms of traction, the TPU outsole featuring Chevron studs delivers reliable grip on firm ground surfaces, ensuring that you maintain stability even during explosive sprints. However, consider that the lack of water resistance means you'll need to choose your playing conditions wisely, as wet fields could lead to slipping and decreased performance.
From an aesthetic standpoint, the design is definitely eye-catching. The combination of Silver, Brighton Grey, and Copper adds a modern flair to your soccer kit, while the Flying NB graphic offers a unique branding element that sets you apart from the competition.
Ultimately, the Furon V7 Destroy FG is a solid option for players seeking a no-nonsense shoe that emphasizes performance rather than overly cushioned support. If you prioritize agility and precision on the field, these cleats may just be the perfect match for you.

I feel like each shoe is different for each foot type. Mine are flat and slightly wide. I fit size 11 copas well. This feels narrow and my foot aches first 10 minutes I play. The instep fits like a glove but the material is thin and you can feel it when you make a strong shot or pass. A slightly more protective upper would be better. I think the stud design is like the x speedflows and they are tall so I ground them down. After putting in some superfeet insoles I feel less foot pain. Overall a decent shoe but feels thin and narrow.
I have wide feet, and it's hard to find a modern cleat that fits. I typically have to get old school Puma Kings or Copas which weigh considerably more than the new technologies. I finally can have modern cleats. The one thing to watch out for is they are difficult to get your foot into at first. Eventually it stretches out, but the first few times you use them, it's tough to get your feet in.
The cleats fit as expected. My so. Has a wide foot and new balance has a history of creating footwear to accommodate this- their cleats did not disappoint.
I ordered a 9wide and received a regular 9. They’re definitely lightly used and I didn’t see that but maybe I missed it. Good cleat if it was the right size
I recently purchased the New Balance Men's Furon V7 Destroy FG Soccer Shoe, and while they have some positive qualities, there are a few drawbacks that potential buyers should be aware of.Firstly, these shoes run on the narrow side, so if you have wider feet, you may want to consider a different model or size up. The material is very light and breathable, which is a plus, but it doesn't give the impression that they will last for an extended period of time.On the positive side, the shoe's design is stylish and modern, and they are quite comfortable to wear. The sole has good traction, and they perform well on the field. Additionally, the shoes come with a removable insole, which is a nice touch.Overall, I would recommend the New Balance Men's Furon V7 Destroy FG Soccer Shoe to those with narrow feet who are looking for a comfortable and stylish option, but keep in mind that the material may not be as durable as other soccer shoes on the market.
The shoes were worn prior to us receiving. Small bits of grass in cleats
They showed up in a timely manner seem like decent shoes didn’t realize they had the built-in sock or seal made it very difficult to put on my sons wide feet. The return went well.
