When it comes to selecting the right soccer shoes for your child, the Diadora Soccer Avanti MD JR Soccer Shoe stands out due to its thoughtful design and quality materials. Its lightweight and soft water-resistant upper ensures that little feet stay dry during unexpected weather changes, while the anti-stretch lining helps maintain the shoe's shape even through active play.
The fixed cotton and shock-absorbing EVA foam insole provides exceptional cushioning, making it suitable for long hours of training or games. The MD rubber outsole offers superior grip, so your child can confidently maneuver across various playing surfaces.
This shoe performs well not only in soccer but also in lacrosse and field hockey, which highlights its versatility. Parents will appreciate the machine washability, which makes upkeep straightforward, ensuring the shoes look good as new after muddy matches.
However, some users have noted that the shoe may run slightly small, so it's wise to consider sizing up if your child is between sizes. Additionally, while the aesthetic design is appealing, the limited color options might not suit every child's taste.

I bought these for my 6 year old to use for a camp and upcoming soccer season. I was very happy when she was able to wear them the next day at camp after receiving them with no breaking in needed. After she arrived at camp one of the college coaches said that this is the only brand of cleats she will wear. My daughter after 3 days of camp in them was so happy with them. No complaints of her feet hurting even after 4 hours at cam. This is the first time in 2 years that she didn't immediately take them off after soccer. Very happy with theses and I will be buying a pair for my other daughter to use as well.
My son used his bday $$ to buy these after getting into the World Cup this summer. They fit just as expected and have held up so far (2 months) without any sign of wear.UPDATE: 7 months later they are still doing great and have held up for a fall outdoor season and a winter indoor season. We ordered them a little big so he hasn't outgrown them yet.
Bought these for my 9 year old. He has long narrow feet and these fit perfectly. They have held up all season and hopefully he can get though summer practice in the same size. They are in good enough condition to pass down. The cleats are a good size for playing on grass, and the grip is good even in mud.The bright color helps him stand out when there are kids all bunched up on the field.
Seem to work well. My daughter has never complained. They seemed too tight but I guess that's how cleats should fit. Her toes aren't touching the ends. They look very sleek.
Way way way too big. Ordered a size 5 for my son and its way too big. Ended up having to go to a local soccer shop where all the size 5s we tried fit absolutely perfect (and almost too small).
Length is good, but shoes are a little narrow which makes it seem like they are too small
These worked great for my 7yo They fit true to size; I used the Diadora website for an accurate size guide. They are well made and the price was right. I should be able to hand these down for at least two more kids. They are a great value.
Great looking and great fitting shoe. Also love the fact that the laces aren't too long. With other cleats it seems you have to get creative with the excess lace (tie and wrap around the shoe, or wrapped around the ankle, etc...) These laces they fit perfectly and with a simple double-tie your child is off and running. Haven't had any issues & they look fast too!
