My job is indoor/outdoor all year long, so I was searching for durable yet stylish boots to keep my feet warmer in the winter. They were a bit pricey, but these boots have exceeded my expectations! I have worn them almost every day for three months and I love them just as much as when I first put them on.The sole is thick, yet flexible; tread is simple (not a lug sole), but I haven't had any problems with traction; lace-up (no side zipper), laces slide easily through metal eyelets easily; leather is flexible; finish is just a little rough, so scuffs don't show and you can be liberal with the waterproof spray. Not steel toe.*Would recommend to anyone who is standing or walking all day and needs stylish yet durable boots.*Would purchase again without hesitation.
I bought these boots for a trip to TN. It was snowing when we got there so I pulled them out as soon as we got there. Omg…they are so comfortable…like they’ve been broken in for years. They are indeed waterproof. My feet stayed dry & warm all day. We also went out in UTV’s one day, stopped at various trails & streams & explored. These shoes were awesome. My feet were very happy with this purchase. Great grip on the bottom, comfortable, waterproof, & SO cute! They have it all. I’m normally an 8 but got an 8.5 since all the reviews said they run small. They fit perfect.
I bought these to go hiking in Scotland and not only were they functional, they are super cute and comfortable. Would highly recommend. They do take a little time to break in and are a little heavy on the feet, but as long as you break them in correctly, they are a dream!
These boots are very well-made and so cute. Although, the size of the shoe does fit true to size (heel to toe) but the top of the boot from toe to laces is incredibly tight... like too flat, not really narrow width-wise. Literally cuts off my circulation on the top of my feet after a few minutes of wearing them and the laces haven't been tightened.For whatever reason I'm compelled to keep them and plan to try to stretch them out a bit. I have no idea how I will attempt this, but I'm determined to make these work for me. Possibly a total loss but who knows!?
It's difficult to find good work boots for women that really do the job. Not only are these waterproof and durable but they're comfortable and not expensive. I purchased a second pair to wear when not working!
Obsessed! I’ve had these for a year and a half and they are my go to! They keep my feet dry and warm in fall & winter and cool and dry in spring. Figured I’d write a review since I love them so much and I just mink oiled them because it’s wet season in WA. First pic was before mink oil, second was one shoe done. Now they look basically new again.They run pretty true to size but I did have to break them in when I first got them. Used some hemp oil to soften the leather when I first got them to break them in, new laces as needed and mink oil them once or twice a year, and they’ve held up perfectly. They’re a great “combat” boot that will last. I didn’t want cheap ones that were going to fall apart, highly recommend Sorel boots!
I bought these boots for my European Christmas Markets honeymoon. I wanted something I could wear all day long that was warm, comfortable and waterproof. These hit the mark on all three. They are extremely comfortable. I did order half a size up per other reviews and also bc I wanted to wear wool socks with them. I have found that some winter boots can get way too hot, like they’re overly fur lined or something. These really were perfect. I walked miles and miles around Europe for ten days, sometimes in the snow, and these boots still look like I just took them out of the box.
I wear a 7 1/2 shoe so, I purchased a size 8. I could barely get them on and I have a narrow foot. They felt like a size 6. I’m returning them not exchanging them because I have no idea what size to buy.Also pretty hard on the step. No cushion. I feel like they would not have kept my foot warm. I’m buying Doc. Martins. For 190.00 I was very disappointed!!!Don’t buy them.
