I have always worn skechers walking shoes but never thought to consider boots until our scheduled trip to Germany this winter. I purchased them in plenty of time to break them in and get the correct size. I ordered the same size as my other shoes and they fit perfect. They are super light but comfy and warm! I wore them standing outside at a winter parade in 18 degrees for hours and they kept my feet warm! I didn't have to worry about breaking them in as I have worn them a few times now and have never had an issue with sore spots or blisters. I love these boots! Stylish, warm, comfortable, and functional!

These are comfy and true to size, but they are sort of a hassle to get on they don't open very wide to get your foot in and all the faux shearing makes them collapse in on themselves instead of being able to slide your foot in. Overall would buy again, but be prepared to struggle a bit to get them on. Also, after a month of wearing 3-4 times a week, starting to look a little worn, so I'm not sure how long they will hold up.

I was looking for a warm low boot to wear when out walking in cold but not freezing temperatures. These are comfortable, the top of the boots offer soft support and don't hurt my ankles. I bought size 7, my usual size, and these fit with enough room to wear thick socks comfortably. They also have a nice sized toe box. The sole is flexible but still offers moderate support for sidewalks and paved trails, I prefer a stiffer sole for trails that are uneven and rough (like Keen offers). These are lightweight and easy to walk in right out of the box. I like the side zipper feature, it makes it easier to take them off and put back on although I still need to untie them.
