The standout feature of these shoes is the OmniTrax Interchangeable Sole System, which allows you to customize your traction based on your environment.
| Product | Traction System | Comfort Features | Drying Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Korkers Women's FB2720 | OmniTrax Interchangeable | Boa M2 Fit & 3PFS Stabilization | Fast drying due to hydrophobic material |
| Simms Freestone Wading Boots | Fixed sole | Neoprene lining for insulation | Moderate drying time |
| Hodgman H5 Wading Boots | Fixed sole | Lightweight mesh construction | Moderate drying time |
The Korkers Women's FB2720 Athletic-Water-Shoes offer an impressive balance of comfort, durability, and versatility. The innovative OmniTrax Interchangeable Sole System is a game changer for any angler who frequently shifts between different fishing environments. With two outsoles included, you can easily switch between traction styles depending on whether you're wading in rocky rivers or navigating slippery docks.
Comfort is a priority with these shoes. The Boa M2 Fit system ensures a snug fit without the hassle of traditional laces, allowing you to focus on your fishing rather than your footwear. Additionally, the 3PFS Achilles stabilization provides support where you need it most, reducing discomfort during extended wear.
One of the distinct advantages of the Korkers FB2720 is its quick-drying capability. The hydrophobic upper material expels water quickly, making them ideal for spontaneous fishing trips where you might get wet. However, it's worth noting that some users have mentioned the sizing runs small, so be sure to consider this when making your purchase.

By far the best wading boots I've owned. The BOA system is awesome and easily adjusted even out on the water. Great drainage and ankle support. Could fish all day in these. Also love the different soles that can easily be swapped out and thank you Korkers for making a women's boot!
As a hydro tech, I spend a lot of time in my boots. This is my favorite pair thus far in my 20 year career in waders. The ease of putting them on and especially off is not to be understated. They tighten quickly and easily to accommodate both light weight and neoprene waders. The only draw back is that are a bit stiff at first and took some time getting used to. They have held up nicely to rock kicking for invertebrate sampling if your work requires such. My toes have been saved!
Great boots, I like the changeable soles Korkers has to offer. They are a little bit on the heavy side, but overall, a great wading boot
My boots were supposed to include studded soles but none were included
