I did my research and these puppies are worth every penny! I live in central Nevada where winter temps can fall below negative 40 degrees F, and we received double the average annual snowfall in 2016. I stayed warm and cozy in these boots and was pleased by how attractive they looked in addition to the other perks! I had quite a few people compliment me on them. I didn't walk through many puddles, but when I did, no water leaked through the fabric to my feet. During four winter months, I never slipped on icy surfaces thanks to the rugged tread. I wear these with skinny jeans tucked in, bootcut jeans over, snow pants, and everything in between. I walked several miles on multipe days and never got blisters , sore feet, or cold toes! As temps warmed up in the spring, I switched to thinner socks. From the coffee shop, to the office, to running through the airport, to shoveling deep snow, these are definitely multi-purpose boots!
As a mail carrier we are always looking for great boots. These fit the bill! Lite weight, comfortable, warm and kept my feet dry. They do run small. I ordered 1 size up for thicker socks and it was perfect!
Really lightweight and easy to get on. This boot is awesome for tromping around town and is cute enough for everyday wear. I got the "nori" color which is a nice olive green with tan/brown trimming.Pro:-lightweight-style-flexible-good heel cushioning-lace adjustment is quick and versatileCon:-runs at least 1/2 size too small. I went up 1/2 size from my shoe size and up 1 full size from my boot size -- probably should have gone up one more 1/2.-not terribly durable. If you're going to be in rough terrain or on machines, the exterior will get torn up.-no ankle support -- really only a problem in deeper snow.
I LOVE how warm these boots are which one needs living in Maine in the winter! I have been searching for a comfortable boot to walk the dogs in the snow and inclement and very cold temps and after a few attempts at other boots, these are the ones!! they do run a bit small but I wear with a lighter sock and decided to keep and work through as not so small. They're easy to get on and off. I can cinch them up if I want but wear loose. All in all an excellent boot for me.
These boots are AMAZING! They are very light unlike most winter boots. They feel more like a sneaker and are comfortable for all day wear! They don't have much arch support but they are so comfortable that isn't an issue. And they are the warmest shoes I have ever owned. Sometimes they get a little too warm when indoors. They have a really good gripping sole too. I normally wear a 7 1/2 to an 8. I have these in an 8 1/2 and 9. So I recommend ordering a half to a full size up. I buy myself a pair every year for my birthday. My 1st pair is 3 yrs old now and look just as good as the day a bought them, and I live in them during the winter! I have also now bought 2 pairs as gifts. My sister loves hers so much, she bought a 2nd pair in another color. They are so worth the $ cause they last and will become your go to winter shoe!!! I will be buying a 4th pair next yr in grey!! And my relatives are starting to request them for xmas gifts now too!
iIs very pretty and the quality is great, but it wasn't enough for heavy snow, it will work perfectly in light snow conditionsvery worm and comfy
OK, I LOVE this boots! I just got them today, thank God for Prime! I ordered them to have for this snow storm as I did not have any snow boots. I just went outside to clear some snow for about 45 minutes and my feet kept dry and super warm the whole time. They are so comfortable too. No Arch support but that's fine with me as I don't need it. I also got a size 9 to make sure they would fit since usually boots that are lined with warm stuff inside usually run small like UGG, they fit perfectly! I totally love them. the green color I got is so nice too, it's a nice dark olive green. I came inside from the snow and have not taken them off :) I recommend them to everyone!!
I really like these shoes, although they did not look exactly as I expected when they arrived. I thought they were going to be taller, but it's my fault, I should have looked at the measurements! The top of the boot lands about halfway between my foot and my knee. The boots are really comfortable. Very flexible, warm, soft material with good traction on the bottom. I feel like I could definitely wear them all day without any issues. As for the sizing, they fit as expected, but if you are choosing between two sizes, I would say go with the larger. I usually wear a 6.5 or a 7 in boots, and after reading the reviews on these I went with a 7 for these. Im glad I did, because a 6.5 would not have fit me. The sevens fit well but I probably will not be able to wear them with super thick socks.
