I bought these boots but waited until December to wear . We did a Christmas market tour of Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Krakow and Warsaw. It was under 32F the entire time and snowed at least half the time . We walked at least 10K steps a day AND never did my feet hurt or get wet or cold . These are absolutely the best boots I have ever owned. Also am 65 yrs old so my feet are usually a problem . I love these boots and had to share with other shoppers. Also they still look in great condition.
This is my second pair. I use them for everything from shopping to winter horseback riding. Very comfortable and warm plus they look cute on. Easy to rinse mud and other debris off, too. And I am very happy they come in wide sizes.
I get very cold feet in the winter and I was looking for a warm boot. This one fit the bill! It even came in wide foot width. I wasn’t expecting them to have wide calves, but they do. I don’t have big calves but I do have wide feet. It’s hard to find a boot that fits me properly. I cannot say that the foot bed is for wide feet. My left foot is OK without socks but my right foot, due to my bunion is a snug fit. I debated on returning these, but I’m hoping they will stretch a bit and be OK. The price is right and the fact that they are warm and waterproof is great. I just wasn’t expecting them to have wide calves, but they do. The fact They Look like dress boots is nice. I’m giving them a four star rating due to the fact that the footbed does not feel like a wide width.
These boots fit perfectly and are comfortable.
I bought these boots for my daughter. She appreciates that they'll keep her warm and dry and they're also cute!
Awesome. Comfortable.
The boots are nice looking but they make your feet/ankle/calf area look a bit stocky (short and thick). There was a strong odor from the boots- not necessarily unpleasant but overpowering. It smelled like a mixture of leather and glue and some sort of cleaner. I am a true size 11 with average width feet and I tried these on with dress socks. My feet fit snugly and everything zipped up smoothly but my toes were cramped. The faux fur lining is all the way through so I think that is why it feels tighter. The support is mediocre, a hard base with a thin pad of foam under your feet. I would not enjoy walking in these for very long. If they had a more defined ankle, better support, and no smell I would have considered ordering the 11.5 but with the price tag at $75 I will look for a different boot.
I bought these to wear on a visit to Upstate New York (temperatures between -4 and -17 F) and they kept my feet dry and warm. The shafts are lined with faux-fur and are a generous size (I often need wide-calf boots, and was nervous about these being too narrow, but they fit fine!) I did go up one size, for that little bit of extra calf room and it worked great because it left room on my feet for thick socks. If you have thinner (normal) calves, and normal width feet, you can get your normal size.We mainly just walked to and from different homes / stores / restaurants, so I'm not sure how these would do long-term out in the weather, but I was happy with them (since I only need them when we visit up North, they should last me for many years)
