I love my boots..wear them for winter activities
They look really cute and the measurements work out for my calves. The foot bed is every stiff and does not feel comfy to walk in, and the arch support is very off.
I had a pair of the old style that were great. I thought the new style with a zipper would be even better but very disappointed couldn't get them on. I think the zipper is in the wrong place.

The mid height & shorter boots were disappointing. Even with a zipper, I couldn’t even get the boots on! Very narrow top. Returned both styles.
I actually bought these on 6pm (but Amazon delivered them ). It is impossible to pull them on. And I'm not a large person. My fingers were too weak to even pull them on. I guess you have to be extremely thin with very narrow feet (My feet are a little narrow) and with strong hands to get them on. Tried doing a return and get an error on the website.I gave it two stars only because they're cute and look to be nice quality, if you're lucky enough to get them on.
