Fit as expected. Kept feet warm. Yeah!
As I write this review the product title wrongly says "Women's" but this is the Men's version. I usually wear a Men's US 7, Women's US 8-8.5 so after reviewing the size guide for this boot on bogsfootwear.com (Shale 8" GlacialGrip) I ordered both the US 7 and the Women's US 8.5. Both boots are about the same length but the women's toe box has much less volume and is narrower, it starts to curve inward around the big toe. If you have a very narrow foot and need a low volume winter boot try the Women's. I have an average to wide foot and prefer the Men's fit. I have enough room to wiggle my toes which tells me my blood flow isn't restricted and my feet will stay warm. The Women's insole is dinky compared to the Men's fancier, thicker layered version. I find the shoe to be flexible but still supportive enough that I haven't added an orthotic though there is plenty of room for one. The gusseted tongue and padded shaft are very comfortable on the ankle. I haven't had a chance to wear it in rain but the overall quality and wind resistance gives me hope. I am pleased thus far and would recommend this boot.
Lei's review above me is correct this is the MEN'S version despite the listing saying Women's Snow Boot. It actually changes to say "Men's" in the order details after you purchase and it is shipped, and changes back to women's when you return it. It's screwy. But it does look like a solid boot when I get the right size. May update then
