This is the perfect sneaker for me. I started wearing them in the 60s. the craftsmanship is still the same. With all the emphasis put on sneakers of today that have better arches, better performance ratings etc.this sneaker has all that and more for under $100.00. The traditional sneaker was alway white and navy blue. They have now expanded to plaids and other color swish,I took tennis lessons and then went on to teach. tennis part time and this was the only tennis shoe allowed on the court. And its still going strong. I n all fairness I have never tried the leather ones on.sticking to the old school sneaker
I agree with some of the reviews. It hurts my feet at the heel; very uncomfortable; no padding for support. Feet was aching after wear!
