Ordered early Sept. Not delivered. Amazon keeps saying "on the way" Vanilla Underground does NOT provide refunds using the Amazon guarantee. Vanilla Underground says it WAS delivered back in September. But Vanilla Underground will not provide their own tracking information or proof of delivery. I have Vanilla Underground ample opportunities to make it good, but they refused. They would not let me connect with a supervisor
