I got these shoes as my son’s daycare requires shoes all day per fire code and I wanted something study but lightweight and flexible for his wide and chubby feet. The normal size is wide and was perfect where it didn’t crunch his toes. I really like that there is extra Velcro on the tongue and you can slip the foot in super easy. It’s a good combination of sturdy and flexible. He likes to undo Velcro so the stretchy laces kept the shoe on even without the Velcro which was a bonus. Super cute shoe!
All the reviews are spot on, I absolutely love these shoes. I guessed on the size, my son is 12 months and I ordered a 4-1/2 wide. They slide on easily and stay on and look stylish. I’m glad I didn’t get and extra wide because they fit perfectly. No other shoes fit my sons wide feet but these shoes and I will be a returning customer. Thank you
Perfect fit for my big 1yo boy. His feet measure exactly 5” long. I let him roam barefoot or in socks for his whole first year, especially since he only just started walking at 12.5 months. But it was time for him to get used to wearing shoes. He walked around in these for two hours on a Saturday, and by Monday morning he was ready to wear them all day at daycare. Excellent shoes for new walkers. Very sturdy and easy to get on and off. These are truly perfect.

I like it because it’s soft. There are some shoes where the tongue of the shoe is hard. These are very soft and I know it doesn’t hurt my baby’s foot.

If you have a wide footed kid and all the shoes you order or find in stores are too narrow... this is the shoe. It is true to width and works great. As an early walker this shoe gave him balance and stability.
