The perfect shoes for your wide footed kiddo! They are so well made and hold up wonderfully. As soon as he outgrows these, we just buy another pair of the same ones because we love them so much. They also work GREAT with braces and are so adaptable.
I was looking for a better shoe that wasn’t so narrow for my son and these were the best out of several we tried! Great fit that doesn’t squish his feet plus they are cute and match a lot of outfits!
It has been extremely difficult to find shows for my 2 year old son because he has tall, wide, round feet. I have tried a wide variety of shoes. While these were slightly too long when we first bought them, they miraculously fit in every other way! So we kept them, and now his feet are a little longer and they still fit. Since it's impossible to find him shoes, these are the only shoes he has. He wears them day in and out, and has for a few months now, and they are still in great condition.
This shoes has been my sons family guy shoes since he was walking ( he hasn’t had any other shoe ). These are the only ones that fits dimensions. His foot is fat from bottom to top so it’s tall in a way. And the double Velcro allows us to give him more room towards his toes and middle of his foot. And the slip out comfort piece is amazing for making it snug to grow into. These shoes saved our life because there’s literally nothing else that fits. I hope stride rite keeps this shoe for years to come because fat feet babies need shoes too! Thank you stride rite!
My son needs extra wide shoes, and Stride Rite is the only brand which kinda fits him well. But the quality of the overall shoe is not up to the top dollar price tag it carries. The velcro straps looks worn down in less than a month's time. Also, there are some threads loose in first week. Not long lasting if your kid is very active.
I've been searching high and low! The extra-wide new balance tennies in multiple styles (everyone says they fit great) won't even go over my son's SMOs. The Billy shoes break every 3-4 weeks. Crocks are ugly and aren't warm enough in the winter. I finally ordered these as a last ditch and they are the best we have had!The straps velcro but are extra long, the sole cushion is easily removed, the shoes basically have no angle between the heel and toe and have a thick/sturdy sole. They are neutral navy that works great with most outfits (we have used them for athletic events and also under khakis for dress clothes) and 3-4 weeks in they are holding up great. SO grateful for finding these, and they will be ordered again in the spring if needed!
My toddler has wider feet. I got him these are there are no complaints. Easy to put on and great quality.
My son has an extra wide foot and these are the only shoes that fit without the velcro coming undone. I printed the sizing template from Stride rite to find the correct size and width.
