I’m not sure what chemical products were used in the assembly, storage, and shipping of these shoes, but they are persistent in remaining ON the shoes. We have been setting the shoes out in the garage every day for two weeks and the smell has not diminished. I may still yet return them as I can’t imagine taking these shoes anywhere other than an outdoor play area. My daughter does love the color and the heel support seems correct.
These shoes were so cute and my daughter adores them BUT the smell out of the box was awful-like Tempera paint on steroids. I don’t have a problem with smells normally and we did try to air them out for three days to no avail. The smell literally gave me the sweats and nausea. I can’t imagine whatever is used in manufacturing is safe-I felt ill whenever I caught a whiff. We unfortunately had to return these cute shoes.
I order a size 6 in toddler twice and both time they sent a 6 in kids. Wouldn't recommend for toddler sizes plus like the other review they both do have a funky chemical smell to them. Overall, bad experience!!
