My 7 yr old daughter mainly wears Skechers bc of fit and durability. These are not waterproof but the material/treatment doesn’t soak through with water despite them being a normal sneaker. She hasn’t worn them in pouring down rain, mild enough that they still go outside for recess. I think she has three 20-minute recesses a day mainly running in grass, mulch, and dirt and comes home with dry socks. The soles don’t have lots of grooves along the sides so dirt brushes off easily the rare days it sticks to the shoes.Also I like that the style seems more streamlined and the sole isn’t very chunky but still cushioned. She’s only 7 but already doesn’t like the cuter, chunkier styles she loved at age 5.
My daughter loves these! I just wish I had bought a whole size bigger instead of a half size. Because they have bungee cord-like, built-in laces, they are more snug. She loves a tighter fitting shoe, so that's good. Really cute shoes and BRIGHT lights!
These shoes looks great and fits well. Also, these shoes have a rubber sole for better grip.
The shoes are really pretty but the light does not work ... I did not return the product because my girl needed the shoes but really disappointed that the lights are only in one shoe, the other never worked.
My daughter loves the shoes and can't stop talking about it ! Its comfortable and very lightweight so she can easily move around. Excellent product and great design.
