While my 8 year grandson can run fast in these in the 2 weeks since I bought these for him the toe guard is already coming unglued. I am not sure if this is because he is harder on his shoes now or if Skechers are not the same quality. He has been wearing Skechers since he was four.
My 6-year-old has worn these for 4 weeks and they look like he has had them for 2 years. The left shoe has a large worn spot in the toe. The Velcro strap is coming apart. I suggest not buying sketchers. He loves the way they feel and fit, they just don't hold up.
