Thought I bought a new pair but my daughter looked at it and said looks like someone used it already. The sole was dirty and had scratches. Otherwise the shoe was fine. Came with no box.
My 5 yr old loves them. Only negative is the heart cutouts which go all the way through can be difficult to keep clean
I bought the shoes for my Granddaughter for school. She put them on this morning and only one will light up when she walks. Could we please trade for a pair that works correctly? She’s so disappointed.
