Very cushiony! Your foot will not slip around in these. There's cushion coming from every angle! I can definitely see myself wearing these to work for a long day. The fit is as expected. If you are a woman and buy Nike boys shoes, these Pumas fit the exact same size. I wear 6.5 in big kids in Nikes and I bought 6.5 in these Pumas. Fits the same although these Pumas are narrower because of all the cushion they added. If you have wide feet, these may fit a little snug and you may have to go half a size up. Overall, I'm happy with it. These are not leather for any part of the shoe (the label says they're synthetic material for uppers and rubber for sole), so that's why the price is cheaper. But the build quality is excellent and they look good! I would recommend!*Edit*Love this shoe so much that I bought different colors!
