We love the shoes.Our first purchase was well packaged and clean, with no apparent defects.We did return and repurchase the shoes due to sizing. We ordered a little kid size 1, when we needed a little kid size 11. Our issue was the little kid size 1 was listed immediately after the toddler size 10, so we naturally assumed the 1 was the next size up.Otherwise, the return was fast and seamless, the repurchase cheaper than the first, and the quality of the shoe/packaging/shipping did not change. Thank you!
