We have loved these shoes for our daughter. We got them for her when she was just shy of 12 months old; she's been wearing them for 4 months, and loves them and is able to walk in them much better than in any of her other shoes. She can still fit in them just fine, but I'm looking for the next size up now, to have for when she suddenly can't fit in these. We've purchased off brand pediped-like shoes, and they were cheaper, but the money was wasted because she doesn't wear them voluntarily, and if we do put them on her, she falls. They don't fit well. The last time I put the fakes on her feet, she went over to the drawer with her shoes in them, opened the drawer, pulled these out and brought them to me, seriously. The last time my husband put the fakes on her, she kept tripping and falling during the day, they just don't fit the same way these do. These were our first pediped shoes, but we've bought 2 pairs since in other styles, and like I said, I'm about to purchase the next size up for when she outgrows these.
So after tons of research I decided to try these. I am super impressed! The only issue you might run into in the inside of the shoe seem kind of rough but they don’t seem to bother my little.
The stitching fell apart after one wear. The sole of the shoe is just hanging off. So far from usual PediPed quality I’m not convinced they are real. Contacting the company, so we’ll see about returns or replacements. Very unhappy considering the price and the fact that the shoes they were meant to replace survived heavy wear by two babies without any signs off loose stitching.
