Finding the right pair of sneakers for your little one can be a daunting task, especially when you want something that combines style with practicality. The OshKosh B'Gosh Boy's Bear Sneaker in charcoal offers both and goes beyond with its impressive design tailored for active toddlers. These sneakers do not just look good; they are also built to withstand the rigorous playtime activities of kids.
Product | Closure Type | Machine Washable | Traction |
---|---|---|---|
OshKosh B'Gosh Bear Sneaker | Hook & Loop | Yes | High |
Nike Toddler Air Max | Shoe Laces | No | Medium |
Adidas Kids' Superstar | Shoe Laces | No | High |
The OshKosh B'Gosh Boy's Bear Sneaker stands out for several reasons. First and foremost, one of its greatest advantages is the machine-washable feature. This means that even after a long day of playing outside, cleaning them is as simple as tossing them into the washing machine. This practical aspect is a game changer for parents who want to keep their child’s footwear looking fresh.
The design incorporates a hook and loop closure, which not only ensures a secure fit but also allows children to put on their shoes independently. This independence is crucial for toddlers who are learning to dress themselves. The inclusion of lace-up bungee details enhances the aesthetics of the shoe while maintaining functional ease.
Another notable feature is the high-traction soles. These soles are ideal for active toddlers, providing necessary grip and support during their various adventures. Whether they are climbing, running, or jumping, you can have peace of mind knowing that these sneakers offer stability and comfort.
While there’s much to love about these sneakers, it's worth mentioning that they are not water-resistant. Hence, they might not be the best option for rainy days or puddle-jumping adventures. Additionally, some parents have found that these sneakers may run slightly larger than expected, so it could be wise to try them on before making the final decision.

Great tennis shoe for kids! We’ve loved it so much the past few months that we just bought the same one in the next size. A little heavier than some other tennis shoes, but easy to slip on without the back kinking/buckling and has held up well with regular use.
My 2.5 year old loved these from the moment I put them on him with no fussing as he does with most shoes. His foot is wider than average, and I think because they seem wide this makes them comfortable to him.
These sneakers absolutely look great. They have adequate ventilation, and my son really loved them. They are perfect for sports and have excellent traction. Easy to put on, and seem to be lasting for quite some time now. Only issue is that I found them to be slightly on the heavy side as opposed to other lightweight sneakers that we owned. Thanks.
Fit as expected and pretty easy on/off for a 2 year old…cute look
My son started feeling his previous Osh Kosh Shoes size 11 a bit snug and uncomfortable when wearing a while. So I ordered these in a size 12, knowing that a size larger would give him the room he needs and assuming since it is the same brand they would fit great. They do not fit him. Within seconds after putting them on and walking around, he said they are hurting the sides of his feet and his toe hurts. His previous shoes are not wide width and looking at his feet, they are not needing wide width. He said the sides that hurt, hurt at the top of his feet, not the bottom, so they must be pressing in to hard.
I haven’t had my sons size 10 shoes long and they have fallen apart. I never had that issue before with these shoes. I’ve always ordered the next size up from this brand. The shoe is coming away from the bottom and peeling. My son hardly wears shoes as he has ASD and we are home most of the time. Super disappointed and will probably find a different brand now.
Very narrow fit. Had to return.
Bulky hard material seems uncomfortable
