Velcro straps are hardly long enough to fasten on opposite side of shoe. I admit my daughters feet might be a little on wide side, but another inch on strap would have been all that is needed to gaurentee it fastens. Disapointed that the strap is too short to catch most of the time. Ends up walking around with top strap hangining away and not fastened. These shoes are better suited for narrow kids feet.
