My son had a tough time squeezing his feet into sneakers even when loosening the laces. The width added a perfect fit so he can take his sneakers on and off easily. These are more of a maroon than red. Great looking sneaker with good support. We used no tie laces and the sneakers continued to fit perfect with any heel slip.
These shoes fit my seven year old just right and look so classy. They’re well-made and a great value. He has a narrow ankle and they fit him perfectly, providing good support. He said they felt good all day.
My little guy just moved onto these and he can run better and jump higher than his primitive other sneakers. He loves them so much he wears them all the time and is learning to tie them. They allow his foot to flex great and his balance has greatly improved instantly. The build quality is simply amazing and the color choices great. Gripping is amazing. Purchased these for my son who wears AFO's. It is very hard to find shoes that are compatible, but these fit great! The wide width provides room to fit the brace. We did size up by one size, but that is always recommended with AFO's. Hopefully they are durable and last longer than his previous pair of NB(different shoe), they only lasted 2 months.

Everything is perfect
Cute shoes , fit great. Only regret is my own problem lol I bought cream colored shoes for a 5yr old boy and they were visibly dirty the very first day he wore them . No worries they are school and play shoes now, will be buying another pair in a darker color lol .
We looked in local stores for running shoes for boys around age 11. You know how hard it was to find a lace up shoe with bottoms that GRIP?! There were only those foam bottom shoes around here and this boy likes to run. We took a chance and hoped the description was accurate on these.
