The shoes are good but I was expecting to have them with laces but I received ones with straps
There was a part in the heel that hurt my daughters heel and made the shoe smaller.
I purchased a little kids size 13, and was very displeased that they were Velcro not the lace ups pictured. I admit the fine print does state this so I am at fault for not reading it closely, BUT the picture shows lace up shoes for all sizes. Looking at a lace up shoe it didn’t occur to me to read the fine print to find it’s a different shoe.
