I knew these were sequin-covered, but wow! They are super sparkly in person. So pretty! I find I need to wear socks with them - without, I can feel the edges of the sequins at the seams inside the boots. Size is true. I'm a 7.5 and the medium fits perfectly. The faux fur interior is soft and warm. Very happy with these!
These slippers are so comfortable that I bought a pair for my relatives. My wife loves wearing them and they can either be bright and colorful, or a shimmery silver with the swipe if your hand. Highly recommended for those with back issues.
These arrived just in time for a road-trip vacation I was going on. I had ended up ordering a size just a bit smaller than I would have liked because that was all that was available for this design. It isn't too tight so long as I don't wear socks... BUT... the manufacturer sewed the sequins into the seam for connecting the upper to the sole... and they stick through into the interior of the shoe. The sequins and very pretty when the light hits them and are made out of some sort of decent quality metallic thin material. They are well sewn on, too. I don't expect them to fall off any time soon. Unfortunately, they are also thin enough to be sharp if you step on them edgewise.. which is what happens on the interior of the shoe, where they are poking out of the seam. There is also black fluffy and soft liner material that really made the shoes comfortable to walk around in (if you ignored the sequin issue). I figure they would be pretty warm during winter, too. I had to manually pull out around 30 to 50 sequins to be able to wear the shoes without feeling them poking/slicing me up, and they did NOT cooperate with this process. They were on the inside all around the shoes, including the toe area where it was hard to get in to grab and remove each one. The string holding them on was pretty good quality, too. It was a hassle to remove the sequins to make the shoes comfortable, but they are cute enough that I was willing to undertake the effort to do so. I really do like them and the sparkly rainbows they throw around in the light.
Slippers were super cute… for the couple of weeks they lasted before they started separating from the sole. The price is far too high for something that lasted for less than a month of use. Be wary of the month return period, I missed it so can’t get my money back now. Would have loved them if they lasted.
My mom had a pair similar to these that got old and she had to throw away and I wanted to get her a new pair so I grabbed these. I love Betsey Johnson!! I have too many of her bags, bedding, shoes, clothing…you name it I have it LOL!! But I was disappointed when she told me the first day of wearing them she noticed sequins around the house..the sequins was already falling off!! Very disappointing especially since it was a gift
Love the look of these, but wish I could have sized up as they’re a bit snug putting them on and taking them off. The sequins at the top also curl into your skin because of the sizing issue, so they scratch up your calves something fierce. If you can’t size up at least one whole size, I wouldn’t buy these.
They did not work for me I have ALS, and my feet just ran off to the sides of the slippers, as they have no support, nor much bottom on them.
So comfortable and warm. I have medical problems and many shoes or slippers are so uncomfortable I can't wear them. These are great. Perfect size and really cute. They're well made and sturdy.
