I'm purchased those slippers for my wife, but she didn't like them, because they very hard and heavy! Sorry but my wife said that she won't recommend it to her friends!
Reading previous reviews (after I pressed purchase), I half expected these to be heavy and clunky, but that's not the case. In fact, they are perfectly comfortable, très chic, and well-structured, not at all sloppy and the soles are rubberized so they don't make noise, as it should be. Unless you're expecting an Isotoner Ballet Slipper, they don't disappoint and are as described. I'm happy with my purchase. Enjoy!
Shoe comfort is just ok. Order a size larger than your shoe size.
I wore these twice and the fur began to wear off/detach from the shoe. I put them in the trash.
Kept both pairs!
I like Lucky Brand products and haven't gotten anything from them for a while. I also love cozy slippers, especially ones that I can slip on and wear briefly outside to go grab the mail, etc. I saw these pop up, and the picture made them look cozy and soft - and they just looked cute, too. When I received them, I was disappointed to find out how clunky and heavy the soles were, and the "fluff" on these are not particularly soft at all. It has a rougher texture, like they sprayed it with non-flammable substances.I typically wear a size 8 (regular width) shoe and got these in an 8, but I can barely wedge my feet into these, even without socks!. The uppers do not have any flex to them whatsoever, and they are built very narrowly, making them super tight and uncomfortable to wear. I have medium width feet, so I can't fathom why these were made so narrow, and there's no way anyone else with wider feet than mine would possibly fit into them. They make it difficult to push the top of my feet through and it pushes my heel further off the back, hanging off of it a little with an awkward gap at the toes. Sizing up won't help if they are all this narrow, so these will NOT fit most average sized people unless they happen to have very narrow feet. You basically are forced to clop around in them awkwardly without any flex to them whatsoever, and I honestly don't see the point in them. They don't function as slippers, and they are not real shoes that you can actually walk in, either - nor are they comfortable or even particularly warm. There is no padding on the insides, either. I do not recommend these at all.
These are nice, but they run a half size small.
I thought I was getting slippers when I ordered this. I mean, it looks like a slipper and it says slipper in the description. But what you're getting is something that only looks like a slipper and feels like hard leather boots. If you've ever worn real pure leather boots, you will know how hard it is on the inside and out. Leather boots are heavy and the inserts are made of pure leather, which makes them very tough and hard. You typically need to wear thick wool socks just to wear them. Why am I mentioning this? These 'slippers' remind me of those types of boots. The insert is hard and stiff, like a leather insert. The sole is also hard and stiff, making the slippers extremely inflexible. It is heavy, the heaviest slippers I've ever used in my entire life. It is even heavier than some of my normal shoes. When I saw these slippers, I thought the inner sole where your feet goes on would sink. It looked like it would be soft and comfortable like memory foam. I was wrong! That inner sole is stiff as a board. Why are there basically 2 layers of soles on this shoe? What is the point of adding another thick layer on top of an already thick layer. All it does is raise the height of the slippers. I don't know about others, but I'm not trying to look taller in my pajamas. This is quite possibly the worst design for slippers I've ever seen and used. Slippers should be soft, comfy, warm. These are none of those. For this price, I was expecting to be blown away with comfort. I am still blown away but for all the wrong reasons! I've used 5 dollar slippers that are more comfortable. In fact, even those free hotel slippers are better. I've never been so disappointed in slippers before!
