I bought these shoes for my 2 year old to wear as "indoor shoes" during the winter months at nursery school. I also ordered 4 or 5 other pairs from various manufactuers, and these were by far the clear winner. All others were returned! These shoes are super cute and well made. They're warm, cozy, have rubber soles and some cushion but still feel like slippers and are light weight and not bulky for a toddler to scamp around in. My daugher wears a size 7 1/2 sneaker so I bought a size 8 and they fit well. I just received a second pair for her to wear at grandma's house when she's not at school, and already considering a third for home! Great price on Amazon too.
These slippers are true to size and very comfortable. They also are well-made, giving support to the foot. Machine washable.
Bought a pair from my granddaughter. Ice cubes for feet and won’t keep on socks but these she loves. Nice cushion, warm but not bulky and great quality. Highly recommended
I have purchased these before because I loved the way they fit on my small feet. I am 59 and wear a size 3. I tried these on and they were huge. Looked at the size only to find out that I was sent a four instead. I guess I will double up on socks when I wear them.
Ordered these to use this winter as slippers/house shoes because we have cold tile floors. Being felt I don't see them as a shoe ment for weather, but as things warm up and she doesn't need a designated pare of slippers I'll let her start wearing them outside. Nicely made and I am impressed with the soles. Nicely padded and good rubber but still soft and flexible for her little growing feet. I like that they are unisex. Stitching and quality look great, I expect them to hold up until she outgrows them and I'll pass them on. Also stay on well with the full heel but are easy on and off, which I great since she's just learning to put shoes on by herself.
I was looking for a slipper that could fit securely, offer traction and had breathable material. I got the pink one and brand new it was a cute and cozy slipper with a soft faux fur trim and a true to size fit. My kid loved it and the slippers were comfy, light, flexible and had great traction on hardwood floors. In the first day of wearing, the felt material on the outside started to pill and gather in unsightly trailing clumps while inside, it was peeling off in layers. After a couple weeks of occasional use, the felt material has worn so thin in some places that it's literally threadbare and you can literally see a hole forming. Not at all what I was expecting from Kamik. The material is so cheap and impractical. At the least, it should have been lined. I have to say that I got the gray ones for my son and they have held up much better, so perhaps I got ones from a bad batch of material.I star for the pair of pink slippers I received, 5 gold stars for Kamik customer service as they responded to my inquiry quickly and are sending out a replacement pair. I'll update my review as to the quality of the replacement.
This is a well-made, warm slipper, and it is easy for my toddler to slip on and off by herself. The slight lip at the heel prevents the slipper from falling off while she is tearing through the house. I purchased a size larger to accommodate thicker socks, and it fits exactly as I expected. I am pleased with this purchase, but I am disappointed it isn't made in the US or Canada. Per the Kamik website, 73% of their products are domestically made and I wish these slippers fell in that category!
It’s actually nicer than I had expected. It is warm and plush. I like the fact that the sole is hard sole and can be worn outside as well.
