These slippers are stretchy and comfortable with a great sole
First of all, the color is fantastic. It's that very chic nude, so I already had items in my closet that matched perfectly, although they go with anything.Slipping my bare foot in, which is a women's size 10 that is just slightly wide, it appeared to be about a half size too big. Especially in the length. Not a problem if you plan on wearing socks with them. And you can't get much more comfortable thanks to all of the stretch. To be honest I was hoping that the foot bed would have more support, since I have fallen arches. But there is enough to wear I don't need to put an orthotic inside. All things considered, I think this is a great shoe if you're looking for comfort and a sole that doesn't slip.
I know the isotoner brand quite well over the decades, but the Zen’s fall a little bit short on quality for cost on these particular slipper/shoes. I like them quite a bit for in-home use, but they wouldn’t last long in the real world between staining of the fabric, and the bottoms don’t seem as durable as true, every day shoes. They definitely are the lightest weight of any shoes I’ve ever owned, but they seem to be built more for in-home use, and maybe going out to grab the mail.I also think the cost is high. I know the brand is not a no-name, so you pay for that.. which usually (but not always) comes with enhanced quality, and for many of us, a household name is worth the extra loot… but these Zen’s just don’t feel worth the high price tag to me. At 1/2 the price I feel it would be a fine value. Maybe 35-40% off of the going rate even would be good. Full price? Not for me.They are comfortable, but have no arch support, so for some, long-term wear may not prove as comfortable as they’d like nor expect. They fit very well though, in most ways. They definitely do not irritate my hammer toes and bunions, so that’s a big positive to me. They aren’t tight, narrow, or aggravating to such foot problems as have i, BUT I can see them through the shoe too, as shown in my photo, so that’s not the most attractive look when out and about, but as far as it aggravating existing foot woes such as those? NO.. not at all, which I really like, but they do show through the fabric. To me, the longevity of these shoes are most in question to me. Again, at a lower price point, I’d be more forgiving.I like them for in home wear.. outside, not so much. I’m a size 8, and the 8 fits perfectly with enough room for a sock, so no need to size up. I like them, but I don’t LOVE them, due to the cost, cosmetics (showing my foot issues through the material. That only matters outside), BUT they may shock me and stand the test of time. We shall see. They definitely help my back by being soooo light-weight. That I like. These slipper shoes are OK, but no, I would not pay full price for them, in all honesty. Cute, but not worth the money to me. Just OK!3 stars =‘s an average, ‘ok’ rating.⭐️⭐️⭐️I hope that my review has been helpful to you :).
I have a couple of pairs of fuzzy-type slippers, but summer's approaching, and I wanted something more season appropriate. These Isotoner slippers are an interesting choice. I love the soft pink color, and they pull on almost like a sock, hugging the foot, a good thing for me since I have balance issues, and loose or "flip-flopping" shoes can be a tripping hazard. They're super lightweight and stretchy and most importantly, very comfortable. Though the inner sole is squishy, cloud-like, there's no arch support, so something to consider if you need that. The outer sole is suitable for stepping outside. They are also made from some recycled materials, which is always a plus in my book. I took them on vacation with me and was pleased at how well they reduced down to fit in my suitcase. Overall, I'm quite pleased.
Feels like wearing hot plastic bags on my feet. I do live in Florida and it's blazing hot, so there's that.
I like slippers that are house shoes since I wear them all the time when I am home. Several years ago, I purchased a pair of soft cotton shoes to use as slippers, and worn them out. I fortunately came across these and decided to try them.I'm usually an 7.5 in shoes. These didn't come in half sizes, so I decided to order up to a 8. When I first put these on, I almost felt like I was wearing my old house shoes. They were that comfortable and actually have a bit more cushion than my old shoes, so the additional support was noticeable.
isotoner Zenz Womens Casual Slippers are soft and comfortable. They fit well and my wife wears them all the time around the house. They're well made and are holding up well being worn every day. The also look good. My wife loves them.
