Fits well and they are warm & cozy.
Someone thought it was smart to poke a hole in the soles. I repaired their intentional damage with some roofing cement (I was out of rubber cement). The fuzzy stuff does compress, so the 11-12 size are closer to a 12. If you're an 11, go down one unless you wear Alaska socks. They're very comfortable, decent cushioning, pretty warm, but probably shouldn't wear as driving shoes in case you break down and have to walk a mile in leaky, loose clown slippers - best worn as house shoes or you might be mistakenly accused of wearing your daughter's UGG's out.

These are very comfortable and warm. The memory foam is great. The only advice I can give is if you're at the top end of a size (mine is 10.5), go ahead and get the next size up. Especially if you wear socks with them. Other than that, I recommend these.
