I like these slippers, BUT I had to return them. I have always worn a size 8.5 in all shoes/boots and I expected slippers to be larger than shoes. I ordered a size 9 bc of the reviews and they fit like a size 7! I emailed a different seller and was told to measured my foot and they were able to figure out what size to order.I ordered them in a size 11 and they fit like slippers should and they fit good with socks on.They dont have a size 10 available from any seller but going from my size 8.5 to 11 worked out fine. They are definitely not sized correctly. My husband says they look like dumbo shoes on me but are cute. The purple color is really nice. I just wish they would size them correctly, so we dont have to keep sending them back and forth.They are comfortable, warm, soft and cute. Still wish they had a size 10, it would have been much better! They should fit like a slipper because they are not a shoe.
Chuffed to bits over these slippers (I paid full price). Color is great, very well constructed (I sew & so am picky), and they keep my feet *and* ankles warm. At first they seemed a little small (I wear and ordered an 8)--I could not wiggle my toes, which felt pushed against the end of the slippers, BUT after I walked around for a few minutes the inner sole conformed to the shape of my foot and my toes soon pulled away from the top and end of the slippers had just the right amount of room.They are easy to slip on and sooo soft and comfortable--the shoelace pattern of the elastic keeps my feet from shifting inside them without concentrating the pressure in any one spot. The only con is that they feel so good I don't want to wear anything else on my feet so I have to be careful that I don't wear them out of the house! I have been looking for perfect slippers for decades and think I finally found them; I'll give them a week or so to make sure the inner soles don't flatten out, and if they don't I'll be buying two more pairs so I can rotate them and keep any one pair from not having a chance to breathe--I want these to last!
I am a female with a size 7.5 foot. I ordered the 7-8 size and they fit perfect. They are comfy and seem to be made well (I just got them today). The only reason for the 4 stars is just to help other people out. They fit to size, but like I said, they are NOT for anyone who wears a wide shoe. Other than that they are good!
I've been buying these slippers for a few years now. I switched from Happy Feet slippers because I wanted the harder sole. All my other pairs had a harder but somewhat flexible rubbery-ish bottom. But my most recent pair is made differently. There is a thin (VERY thin!) piece of cloth that holds a sole to the bottom of the shoe. I've only worn these 2-1/2 months (and nobody wears these that many hours during a day) and that cloth has worn through or worn itself free, which leaves that bottom just sort of flopping out of the shoe. Who attaches the bottom of a slipper shoe with a thin piece of cloth?!? They shouldn't even be sold let alone at the same price the old nicer ones were sold for.I am also displeased with the shipping. I'd rather pay a little more for shipping than get them in a plastic bag all smooshed and twisted/bent out of shape. I never could get one of them to sit under my foot correctly, which left part of my foot hanging over the edge. (No, my foot doesn't do that with any other shoes).Won't be buying these ever again.
I bought slippers like these awhile ago and I loved them. I finally wore them out. I especially liked these because they had a rubber sole and were very slip resistant. The ones I ordered to replace them do not have the same sole and I find them slightly slippery on carpeted floors. They have the little dots on the sole, not the rubber like the other pair. I can tell that this pair is not going to hold up as well. Also the padding in the foot is not nearly as comfortable. They are warm and make me smile because they're silly but they are just not the quality of the other pair.
He loves them and swore he was wearing them to school! Hahaa
