They are cheaply made now. They use to be my favorites and would last at least a year. Now they don't make a washing, they wear a hole in the big toe area fairly quick and they lose all their padding. I'm bummed, I loved these slippers. They are soft and perfect when new.
I bought 2 pairs of these slippers because they are soft and comfortable. At first, I thought the fit was a little tight even though I'm a size 5, but it's actually not bad and I like the slightly snug feel.
I like the rounded front of the Dearfoams. The ones that are more square in front catch on my tile and wood floors. Wish pink was available.
really pleased w/ this scuff. easy to wear and care for
Slippers are a staple for me. Unless it's winter, it's hard to find a decent pair in regular stores. I love Dearfoams and these are soft and comfy without being too hot for summer. Cute style.
These are cute and very comfortable beside the fact they are extremely tight and small for the size they say they are. I have worn a 7-8 since I was a teen and all of my other slippers are 7-8 and fit loose and comfy. These are so hard to get on that it's not at all fast and convenient for hopping out of bed and throwing on so they have gone to the wasteside. Brand new but never use them. If I went up like 2 sizes they might not be so tight but would then be too long. People with very tiny feet might have better luck
The terry upper is cool and comfortable. They also don't have a ton of "memory foam" like most slippers; this is a plus, since thick foam is a worthless feature (thick foam feels great at first but quickly compresses on one side or the other and then you find yourself rolling your foot in or out--good plan for a backache....). The REALLY BAD thing with these slippers is the sole that quickly deteriorates. I've tried 3 pairs of these (yes I am that dumb) and this problem ALWAYS starts on the left sole. Soon you feel like you are walking on pebbles as the sole sloughs off in pieces that are then still held onto the bottom by the stitching. Then you start finding pieces of black sole all over your floor. Dearfoams are NOT what they used to be---now just "use and toss" quality. If you can afford $20 for a few weeks of wear, go for it!
So far, so good! These slippers fit good and have nice memory foam cushion. They are great for wearing around the house in spring and summer.
