The slipper is true to size. They are warm and comfy, with soft lining and padding. They are also very good looking. A close look shows they are also very well made and constructed. Based on past experience with Dearfoams, I'm hoping for long-lasting durability from these beautiful slippers.I chose the "Potting Soil" color, which looks like real suede leather. It is, in fact, a microfiber material, as is the wool-look lining. No cow died, or sheep was left shivering, due to the making of this slipper. Hah!!
I like these so much that I ordered a second pair in case the style isn't available again when these wear out (which likely won't be for a long time because they're well constructed). They're keeping my feet comfortable. I like the level of warmth and the fact that my toes have wiggle room. The pile, stitching, and other materials are sturdy. The soles are sturdy enough to wear outdoors. I might replace the insoles. The existing ones offer some arch support, but I like more. However, that's going to be easy, and, frankly, since I'm mostly wearing these while relaxing, it's not much of an issue. It's so nice to buy something online and be pleased with the results.
The booties are as described and the color is as expected. The booties keep my feet warm, since they fit up to above the ankle. The memory foam cushioning is firm and comfortable. The arch support makes the booties feel like a shoe, with plenty of support. I normally wear a size 9.5 shoe. I bought a size 10. The fit is a little snug with socks, but still have toe wiggle room. I like that these are indoor/outdoor and easy to clean. Dearfoams are one of my favorite slipper brands.
These are a really nice slipper. They are true to size. They are plush inside and warm. The only thing I would note is that they stretch width wise pretty quickly.
Bought these for myself to wear in the house during the wintertime. Fit true to size and the lining is warm, with a cushioned arch support. Very comfortable, good looking and have a sole that can be worn outside if you want to.
This is a very comfortable and warm pair of slippers. I like the pull loop on the back for easy on. What I didn't expect is that they are easy to clean. I have spilled several things on them, including dirt because I am always planting something, and everything came of with a damp dish towel. They have a pretty pattern too. They are true to size.
The stitching is a light pink, which is not how it appears in the photos. The left arch support was very noticeable, but the right one feels non-existent. This was the case even after I readjusted them. Quite frankly, neither of them seem to have much of an arch support at all, and wasn't what I expected. So, while it's more supportive in that area of the foot than other totally-flat slipper insoles, do not expect an actual arch support. When I removed the insoles to compare and contrast the arch supports to determine why the right arch support was virtually non-existent, I noticed a long thread below it. Initially, I just figured it was a lone one, and no cause for concern. Then, I wondered "what if this is a thread that already came out from somewhere it should be?" I haven't found where yet, so I hope it was just some random thread and not a sign that they're falling apart before I'd even worn them. Also, I expected a deeper/thicker memory foam-type insole. The size said 7-8, but the soles say 8, so I thought maybe I was wrong to upsize, like others suggested. However, my toes go just past the seam, so when in doubt, do upsize. These almost feel like they could be a wee bit longer, so I wish they offered half sizes in these slippers.I absolutely love the pull tabs. The packaging presentation in the box is very nice. I'd happily have paid 20 cents more for a reusable, pull-string bag to store them in, as opposed to the wasteful plastic sleeve they were in.It's only been 2 days, so we'll see how they hold up. My hope is that they'll last at least 1.5 years. Time will tell.
I definitely suggest going a size larger as they do tend to run small, especially if you wear thicker socks like in the winter. The slippers are very warm, they have fantastic arch support that you can feel, and they are easy to slip on with the small little pull handle on the heel. Soft and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for in an arch support slipper.
