Unfortunately, I had to return these because the Medium was too large even though I wear a size 9 shoe. Amazon did not have the Small available for order. They are unbelievably comfortable, what a shame.
The toe box is a little snug, which was irritating until it stretched. However, after about 6 weeks of daily wear, the soles split and the foam is sticking out. I don't expect a great lifespan from Deerfoans, but 6 weeks is ridiculous.
It's hard to fit Dad, as we can't get him to a store anymore to try shoes/slippers on. These fit like a charm. They were exactly as advertised. Love the soft feel. Look good and they feel good on. Not too tight, just right.
The bottom of these slippers indicate that the size, Medium, fits shoes sizes 9-10. It fits more like 10-11 and larger than indicated as I wear a 91/2 & the shoes literally come off my feet when walking in them.
These Slippers fit very "oddly". They feel both too small and too large at the same time. I bought them because they were closed back slippers, but there is no form or shape to the back. The lack of any support in the back, leave them feeling open and thus very loose in the back, thus the "too large". Conversely, the footbed, and "toebox" area, both seem a bit tight and small. It sounded like there might have been some sort of elastic band that may have ripped or snapped when I first put them on, but again there is no evidence of any such support in the design appearance. I would recommend staying away from these.
I like the comfort and fit.

I bought these smaller than expected and they were still too big. the backing stretches way too much in which it is not wearable.
