These are great for slightly sloppy weather. The fit is spot on, they are warm and very stable. Not as stiff as Dansko can be. Great for winter wear.
I have been buying Dansko shoes for over 25 years. They heave the perfect arch support and heel height for my particular foot ailments. These slippers are very warm and comfortable, just what I was looking for.
These are one of the few styles of clogs I can wear. I have an older pair and was thrilled to find these in black. After wearing them for just a few hours, they were "broken in" and have become a new favorite. Excellent service was a bonus!
Revised: So a couple of years after writing this review, I ended up buying this same shoe again in the size 36 and they fit perfectly. I find that they fit better with socks. I don’t know if they stretched out, but after some everyday wearing over the past month, they feel loss without socks. Plus, they have a stiff but supportive feel. I accidentally wore them for a long walk (with socks on) around a park, and they rubbed a blister on my bunion. Otherwise, I like the look (not too clunky), comfort with socks, and arch support. They are great around the house as my ‘house shoes’ because I need the support. I wear them outdoors or running quick errands around town but (for me) not for long walks or hiking. Definitely size down in Dansko.The 6.5/7 size was too large for my 6.5/7 size feet. I needed a half size smaller. I have found this to be true in other Dansko shoes but the reviews seemed to convince me that these ran true to size. I returned them. They seemed to be the usual Dansko quality. They were a bit stiffer then what I was looking for, so I didn’t reorder a smaller size. They would be great outdoor clog.
I ready the sizing chart and ordered accordingly. However, the shoes were just a little too short, such that my heel came down on the back edge of the shoe. If you’re at all in doubt about your size, order up.
Very comfortable, perfect fit, keep feet totally dry in pouring rain. I have bad knees and these shoes have great cushioning so able to walk even a few miles without my knees bothering me afterwards.
After several attempts to get a shoe to fit I finally did! Size was spot on and they were comfortable right out of the box. I was disappointed that at this price point the lining is faux shearling - I wanted to wear without socks so I will order shearling footbeds to insert. I got the black suede very nice looking winter clog - waterproof probably why they squeak on wood floor as someone else mentioned but I’m sure that will wear off. All on all happy with my purchase.
This is my 3rd pair in 3 years. I love this clog. It fits very comfortable and wears well. I use it as my everyday slipper for the fantastic support - I have plantar fascia and it was recommended for the comfort, support and the fact it would help ease my pain, which it truly does!
