Finally a slipper that actually has arch support. These slippers are as comfortable as my most comfortable shoes. They are also warm and perfect for going outside on cold, rainy mornings. They are nice enough to wear as shoes. I love them so much I purchased a second pair in a different color.
These house shoes are comfortable,e have sufficient arch support to wear all day, have soles that allow you to go outside, and last a long time. I had my first pair for 3 years before I decided it may be time to purchase a 2nd - I bought 2 more pairs because they were on sale. Not disappointed. I think my only request would be for them to offer them in narrow as well for those (not me) who have a narrow foot. Nevertheless, I got my sister a pari and she still likes them so far even though she is one of those narrow-feet people!
I love these. I wear them as slippers indoors. They are secure on my feet, and they are so supportive and comfortable.
Because I wanted a house slipper to wear without socks I found these too big. I have mobility issues so probably should not have ordered an open heel style. In any case, these wool shoes fit ok with socks. The are extremely comfortable with great arch support. I did not return them because I am giving them to a family member. I think she will love them. They are good looking and would work for outdoors as well. They have a fairly flat sole unlike many of Dansko clogs in which one could suffer a mishap.
These shoes have great support (typical Dansko!) along with being exceedingly comfortable, so the stride approaches cloud-walking. That is rare in supportive shoes. They run very wide, I use inserts.
I am a big Dansko fan. Sometimes I need to add additional cushion to them, but I love the quality and support. These were so comfortable immediately - nothing rubbed, cushioning was good, arch support was good. I do have a very high arch and instep and that was the only mild complication - my foot goes to the very back end because I can't slide in quite as far as I'd like. I'm guessing they will stretch a bit and this will work itself out.
Great support but not breathable at all. So much so, when the air gets inside and under your feet, they start to make squeaky noise. To avoid sweaty feet, you have to always wear these with socks. The inside sole peeled 1 month after the purchase. Although my feet were well supported in these, the cons outweigh the pros given the price.
Great shoe. Supportive and comfy, even with my high arches.
