I bought many pairs before this one and was disappointed each time. This slippers are great! The fabrics are wonderful, warm and cozy. Bottom of the slippers is sturdy and soft at the same time. My toddler loves them. Good price for what you get.
These are wonderful kids slippers. They do run a little large but I think that is ok as they are WELL MADE and the rubber sole appears to help these slippers last for the long haul. My 9 yo son absolutely loves these slippers. The outer fleece is pretty rough but repels minor spills, while the inner lining is soft, warm, and cozy like momma's sheep skin slippers which were FAR more expensive. All in all, I am very seriously considering buying another pair a size larger just in case because they are that awesome.
Purchased these for my 6 1/2 year old son and he loves them! Very soft and well padded inside. They have a lightweight but solid sole which is good for short trips to and from the car. I've also machine washed (and air dryed) them and they look like new.One thing to note is that these definitely run small. My son is a size US 13 in all of his shoes but I purchased the size 1-2 in these slippers and they fit him perfectly.
My 7yro loves these and they had ample room for his wider, thicker foot.
I'm happy with these slippers - they're soft and warm, with good traction, and I can get my toddler to wear them by calling them his sheepy feet.Just a note about sizing: my kid was sized at Stride Rite recently as a 7W, which was actually a little loose. I ordered these slippers in 8/9 and they're already tight on his feet! So if you're on the fence, I would size up.
Ordered a size up and they fit my son well. Feel soft and durable.
My little dude is going through some things right now (SPD, sleep disorder, possibly ASD). So even though there are a LARGE number of reviews that stated that kids had a problem keeping these on their feet I STILL thought I'd give them a try. They arrived slightly large (at the time) so I figured I'd try them. Nah....fell off. Gave it a few weeks kept happening. Well they arrived with a postcard in them to "contact ACORN directly with any issues NOT Amazon". Ok I did.....got NO where. No response to my email to customer service so I called. I was told to "hold onto them a little bit more & try again" that maybe his foot was too small. He's NOW solid in the size (8-9 was the smallest & he's in that size range now). WELLLLL......they still do NOT fit!!!!!!!!! I hated to do it but contacted Amazon & THEY NOT ACORN took them back. THANK YOU AMAZON.....SHAME ON ACORN. I had to hide these from my little guy because he wanted to wear his slippers. He's not verbal so would bring them to me & point to his feet. He would keep putting them on & they'd just fall off after 2 steps. He was getting SO upset & frustrated that as a Mom it hurts to see this & not really be able to explain it to him. He's now got Spiderman slipper socks from Target & they work perfectly. He's happy with those for now. I RARELY write negative reviews but this needs to be put out there. It's very frustrating & for $20 to sit on his dresser they'r not worth it. Unfortunately I had to pay a $3 restocking fee which the customer service rep did NOT disclose to me but lesson learned.......if the majority of the reviews state the SAME thing then I listen to them!!!!!
Size of the slipper runs very small. Son wears a 13.5 and we bought a 1-2 and his toes touch the end of the slipper.
