When you slip your feet into the Acorn Shearling Bootie Slippers, you're greeted with a level of comfort that's hard to match. The combination of genuine sheepskin and innovative cushioning technology creates a delightful experience, especially during colder months. These slippers mold to your feet over time, providing a custom fit that's both snug and supportive.
The moisture-wicking properties of the materials ensure that your feet remain dry, even during extended wear. This is a significant advantage over many traditional slippers that can retain moisture and become uncomfortable. Additionally, the non-slip outsole allows you to wear these slippers beyond the confines of your home, making them versatile for quick trips outside.
However, it's worth noting that new users might find the initial fit a bit tight as the genuine sheepskin can feel snug at first. It’s advisable to consider sizing up if you’re on the fence about which size to choose. Proper care will also enhance the longevity of these slippers; simply clean them with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry.

My favorite slippers because of the quality, authentic wool, warmth and comfort. I love the insoles and the arch support. My old Acorn slippers lasted over 10 years. They tend to stretch over time, but still feel comfy.
Fit perfectly, size was spot on and they are very warm and comfortable. No weird smell and they are made very well.
I bought these and they are perfect, thick, soft and great bottom for outside, BUT, even though the reviews say they run smal... Maybe. Iym a five and they were too big, only in the heal, when I walk they flop.I really do think if you're closer to a 5.5 it just might be perfect! Sadly, I have to return them.
These are perfect to slip into when I get home. Warm and soft, cozy and comfortable. This is my second pair and I love them!
They are comfortable, but fit a bit tighter than expected.
Love these shoes! They are warm, durable, and all around the best house slippers I’ve ever had. Tread is well made and waterproof. Survived my mastiff using it as a toy briefly. Writing this review a year later and would buy these shoes again, but no need too. Still looks as good today as when I purchased them. Top notch! I bought a size larger than normal because I like the option of wearing them with thick socks.
I used the standard size chart which is usually spot on. In recent years however & around slippers in general, Haflinger slippers as well, the construction of slippers has been poor materials that wear out years in advance of what they used to. Oh! and the red dyes rub off on my socks and my linoleum floors! This is new! ... And this is my first time with this bootie & it is comfortable & warm. However, the foot width and toe length are way too short. I took off my socks & it did not make any difference --- still wayyy too tight. Very Very disappointed as the reviews and size charts I read stated that these very expensive booties fit true to size including with socks. Now, that said, I've bought shoes and slippers on a regular basis & I know my European men & women's size & U.S. as well. I buy in advance & save them for several years at a time! REI Walking boots, Haflinger slippers, REI walking shoes. Whereas Haflinger slippers used to last YEARS for us, in the past 8 or so years they do not! Why? I imagine because it no longer says "Made in Germany" on the label. Everyone is trying to save $$$ giving work orders to China & poorer European countries. I do not mind supporting other cultures and economies that need employment. However, I do mind sacrificing QUALITY. Unfortunately, and across the board, whether it is global call centers for IT assistance for medical providers, ditto insurance vendors, well-known brands for clothing & shoes & slippers, e.g. And call centers in India and the Philipines have poor connections so they are forced to not help customers. & I am fed up. These booties are not only a big disappointment, but also a surprise! I expected more not only from Amazon but from Acorn! I believed their testimonials ... but then I've always been an idealist. ... Not so much any longer tho'. Kathy E from N CA
I bought my first pair of these Acorn Ewes in probably 2012, and people were talking about the reduced quality then. I feel like I probably spent 70 on my first pair, and they were good, good enough. Lasted a couple few years. My next pair were on sale for $50 and we’re about the same quality. They also lasted me a couple years. I had a couple different brands of slippers in between and decided this time to come back to acorn after returning a pair from a different brand due to total and utter disappointment.Unfortunately, the cost of acorns has gone up, but the level of quality and comfort is definitely lower than with my previous pairs. While they say there is memory foam underneath, it is to the point now or you can’t even tell. The first pairs I had had a distinct and comfortable layer of memory foam underneath. This this pair I can feel the distinct texture of even small things under my slipper like a thin cord. They are comfortable enough and would be perfectly reasonable at $50 or $60, but $100 for these slippers is ridiculous. Unfortunately I am just way too busy to return this pair and will be keeping them, but this will be my last purchase from acorn unless I see reviews that they have made major improvements for the cost.
