When it comes to selecting the right pair of casual shoes, the Vans New Authentic Lo Pro stands out for several reasons.
Comfort: These shoes are lightweight and well-suited for daily activities, whether it’s running errands or enjoying a day at the beach. The synthetic sole adds a layer of comfort, although some users may find the arch support lacking if they require more structured footwear.
Style: The design is both modern and classic, making it versatile. You can easily pair them with shorts, jeans, or even casual dresses. The Navy/True White colorway with the poolside print leads to a fun yet stylish look that's distinctively Vans.
Durability: Made from synthetic materials, these shoes promise durability and ease of maintenance. They can be tossed into the washing machine without worry, making them ideal for everyday wear.
Fit: However, it’s essential to consider sizing when ordering, as fit can vary between individuals, and trying them on before purchasing could ensure you avoid discomfort.

These shoes are seriously the most comfortable shoes ever, they're pretty light it feels like you have no shoes at all while wearing them. I've owned Vans before none have ever felt as comfortable as these, plus they're completely black which is awesome because they don't get dirty as easily and will match any outfit perfectly, may it be a dress or some jeans. Its been about 5 or 6 months since I've received them, they still look amazing, no wear showing at all even though I've wore them literally everywhere and my legs never hurt wearing these shoes. I'd even wear them to sleep if i could lol definitely will need to get another pair!
The shoes themselves are exactly what I need for work. All black, rubber soles. I especially like that they're kinda low-profile, so it doesn't make me look taller. (I prefer shoes that are closer to the ground, unless they're high heeled going out shoes).Size wise, I do feel like they run a tad large. I got a size Women's 7, my usual sneaker size. I would have been better with a 6.5 because my left foot is smaller. In the size I got, my left foot slips out when I walk so I had to tighten it as much as possible, but I can still feel that it's loose, probably because they're so low profile and the laces don't go as far up as other shoes. I'm still wearing and keeping them, just doubling up on the vans socks to fix that situation. If I'd gotten a 6.5 that problem would've been fixed, but the right side might have needing a tad breaking in.I would say get 1/2 size smaller.
I am on my feet all day long and I tried various types of expensive shoes with memory foam, extra arch support, etc. My feet hurt and calluses were developing that were painful. On a whim I ordered these Vans and was very pleasantly surprised that my feet didn't hurt at all by the end of the day and I've been wearing them every day now for a week with no pain or rubbing. I know that everyone is different, however, for me these totally solved the problem. :)
They are slightly narrower than I would like, but I have wide feet so they are probably a normal width. There is a part where the canvas is pulling away from the rubber border on the outer edge of the foot. I have only worn them about a dozen times, so I was surprised that they were already breaking.
I'm extremely happy with this purchase and have already recommended it to friends. The shipping was on time, they are perfectly true to size, they look exactly like the picture, they're more affordable than if you bought them directly from the Vans website, and they're very comfortable. However, this is not a shoe that supports an arch. This doesn't bother me at all but if you're looking for an arch supporting shoe this might not be for you without inserts. I haven't been able to wear my old Vans from how I tore them up, but with proper care I'm sure these will be as durable as my last. I'm very happy and can't wait to wear them!
Love these shoes! Ordered the women's size 7 because I usually wear a 6.5-7, and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable to wear walking around my hilly campus and I like that they're completely black. I'm worried about the binding peeling because my friends have said that after too much wear and bending the shoes break, but I've had these a month so far and they show no signs of wear. Im sure they'll last at least six months to a year, hopefully more!
This type of stylish canvas shoe is all the rage at my kids' high school! We were unable to visit a shoe store before school started, and my 14-year old daughter wanted the Reef Lo Pros, so we ordered them from Amazon. The price was fair, and although I worried about getting the right fit, the shoes fit perfectly. My daughter normally wears an 8 1/2 in women's shoes, so she ordered a men's size 6. Shipping was very quick, and I would recommend this shoe to others considering a casual canvas shoe suitable for everyday wear.
These are not Lo Pros. They are low top Vans but not Lo Pros. These are Vans Authentic… not sure if the seller is aware that there is a difference. “Lo Pro” isn’t printed on the label as it should be with a pair of Lo Pros.
