The Lakai Flaco II Mid is a testament to the brand's rich history in the skateboarding community, founded by legends Mike Carroll and Rick Howard. Made from premium tobacco suede, these shoes not only offer superior style but are also designed to enhance your skating experience.
Product | Max Board Feel | Comfort Level | Cushioning Technology |

Lakai Flaco II Mid | High | Excellent | PARA-MOUNT |
Adidas Busenitz Pro | Medium | Good | Boost |
Nike SB Janoski | High | Very Good | Zoom Air |
The Lakai Flaco II Mid stands out in the realm of skate shoes with its unique combination of style and functionality. The clean silhouette is incredibly appealing for skaters who appreciate aesthetics without sacrificing performance. The tobacco suede material not only adds durability but also enhances the overall look of the shoe.
When it comes to performance, the Hex-tread design delivers remarkable board feel, allowing skaters to connect with their board seamlessly. This feature is essential for tricks and maneuvers where precision is key.
Comfort is another highlight of the Flaco II Mid. With the PARA-MOUNT outsole technology, skaters can enjoy advanced cushioning that effectively absorbs shocks from hard landings. Additionally, the DELUX-LITE sockliner ensures that your foot is well-supported throughout those long skate sessions.
However, some users have noted that the shoes might need a brief break-in period to reach peak comfort. Furthermore, the limited color options could be a drawback for those wanting more variety in their footwear choices.

I rebought these shoes recently because my old pair I bought in 2020 were finally starting to get worn out. I still wear the old pair as work shoes use the new pair for longboarding. Will probably buy them a third time when the time comes.
Never write reviews on stuff but these shoes deserve the 5 star comfy as hell
Bought as a gift because my brother couldn't find these anywhere else. He LOVES them.
Runs a little big, but are great skate shoes
My daughter skates Lakai and loves them. I love them because they last 2x - 3x longer than any other skate shoe we have tried. We decided to spend a little less and go with a vulcanized sole this time. They behave more like a Van - stiff sole with a lot less board feel and comfort than their XLK cupsole models. They also didn’t last nearly as long.Overall, I think this is a good show for the money, but to us it’s definitely worth spending more for a Lakai with an XLK sole - way more comfortable and last a lot longer for your money.
