I no longer skate. So I can’t speak for these as practical skate shoes. As daily sneakers they are great. They are thin canvas like material, the soles are super dark matte black, they go with anything. People compliment them all the time. Great buy.
My husband loves these. He feels like he's cheating by having velcro, but they are now his favorite shoes. He has a wide foot and they were perfect.
This is a nice looking shoe. Our original search for for Amazon’s globe style shoe. The globe is a pull on no tie, no Velcro shoe. The gloves were pretty much sold out. We tried the Velcro shoe as it appeared similar. The Velcro shoe pictured is a bit heavy.
