When it comes to comfort, the Etnies Men's Balboa Bloom Skate Shoe excels thanks to its innovative bloom foam technology. This plant-based foam feels incredibly soft underfoot, which will make your skating sessions feel less taxing on your feet. Even during extended wear, these shoes provide a cushioned experience that enhances your performance on the board.
The design of the Balboa Bloom is another standout feature. The mix of navy, black, and orange offers a stylish look that pairs well with different outfits. Whether you're at the skate park or out for a casual day, these shoes won't let you down in the style department.
One of the most important aspects of today’s footwear is sustainability. With the Balboa Bloom, Etnies has taken significant strides in using eco-friendly materials. The presence of recycled polyester and the unique use of algae-based foam underline the brand's commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.
However, it’s worth noting that the shoes may require a break-in period for optimal comfort. Initially, they might feel slightly stiff, but this generally resolves after a few uses. Additionally, while the rubber sole provides excellent traction, these shoes are not suitable for wet conditions, as they lack waterproofing.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a skate shoe that prioritizes both comfort and sustainability without sacrificing style, the Etnies Men's Balboa Bloom is a worthy addition to your collection.

These shoes are the lightest shoes I've ever felt or worn. The term walking on a cloud follows through with these shoes.I have been a fan and brand loyal to Etnie's for year but now with their vegan line and plant a tree program I'll be sticking around for the foreseeable future.
Eh, I wanted a deep light teal like the picture, not super light teal like not the picture but these are comfortable...I will keep them for that price, thank you.
I really liked the way these shoes fit and felt. They are very light and when you wear them they feel kinda bouncy and well cushioned. They also look great and the materials are nice LOOKING. If you are just walking around strutting your stuff these are nice shoes. The upper material is smooth but kinda grabby and it doesn't feel nice to run your hand over them. Then there is the durability.. I spent about two hours skateboarding in these shoes and they just didn't hold up. Ripped to shreds on the sides. Sole and upper separating on the toe. Even the bottoms around the edges were roughed up from the skateboard. I really like these shoes but NOT FOR skating.
