However, it is essential to note that although the shoe is constructed with durable materials, it does lack water resistance. I bought these for my disabled daughter to wear to little league baseball games. The leopard print hides dirt well! She wears orthotics on her feet so I did have to take out the stitching to fit over them. DC skate shoes have a good flat sole for her!
Oh, I absolutely love my shoes! I’m so happy they fit as I figured they would. I’ve worn DC’s since I was young. I do have a very small foot and a size 6 is typically a little big but they’re perfect ! They’re super comfortable and I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on them.
I wear arch supports so I ordered them because they have a removable insole. They fit great. This is my second pair from DC. They wear well. I would recommend them to any one.
I love these shoes. True to size
The shoes are cute and I like the colors. The really big problem is there is no padding inside these shoes. For $55 I would expect some comfort. I just purchased another brand for $55 and they have memory foam inside. The plus for this brand is they are made from recycled materials. I guess that's what you're paying for. They are basically a canvas shoe. I'm going to keep them and buy some cushioned inserts because they look nice with a few pairs of capris I have . . . and I won't plan on doing much walking in them. The lesson for me is . . . stay with the brands I know.
Honestly, DC's equation is broken with their recent releases. These are not comfortable at all. (think extremely flat Vans).I'm about to go back to the Mantecas as my baseline expectation, but my advice would be bring back the Danni's. I'd pay more for better. This ain't it.
